As a first-grade teacher, Mrs. McCartney exemplifies dedication, patience, and kindness in everything she does. She pours her heart into her students each day, creating a classroom where all children feel safe, loved, and challenged to be their best. Mrs. McCartney approaches each situation with a solution-oriented mindset and a calm demeanor. Her classroom is a model of strong management and high expectations, and she tailors support to meet each child’s unique needs. Her commitment to doing what’s best for kids and her consistent leadership make her an invaluable part of our campus.
